Shiyoung Lee is the author of the book "The Power of Giving: Applied Wisdom for the
Nonprofit Sector: 50 Practical Insights" and is honored to be able to introduce it to you.
She held a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School of
Design, a prestigious private university in the United States. Parsons School of Design
is located in New York City and is known for its world-renowned programs in art, design,
architecture, and fashion. It is a non-profit institution that focuses on fostering creative
talent. Shiyoung Lee was once nominated for a program organized by the CFDA, a
non-profit 501(c)(6) organization. This sparked her interest in non-profit organizations
and inspired her to write this book.
